Philadelphia Executive Suites

The room is a delight. They are absolutely gorgeous and there’s so much to do and they clearly are made for relaxing. The ambience , décor and cleanliness is perfect and unmatchable. The property is luxurious and you feel it as soon as you enter the hotel.

I just checked out this morning of my room. I was able to have a party with no problems in a two bedroom suite. The staff was phenomenal. My days there was really great. well, definitely come back again

I was worried when I initially pulled in to check in to my room. I stayed at this location when it was still Mainstay Suites, and it was awful. From my first interactions with Venkat during check-in, my fears were put to rest. He let me look at different rooms before deciding on one and ensured that I was happy with it before starting the payment process. Every employee I interacted with was very helpful and kind. There were some minor issues that still needed work, but they were always working to improve the location throughout my 2.5 week stay. The general location of this hotel is great as there are several businesses within walking distance. My only real issues had to do with other customers as someone broke the frame on my front license plate and another day someone had put a cigarette out on the hood of my car. Also, there is no breakfast even though the website states as such. I would still highly recommend this hotel for an inexpensive place to stay with good amenities.

I have stayed at a few different hotels locally to be close to my son's doctor's. Coming from the Double Tree, the staff made us feel like family and were very accommodating. The best price for a nice, clean room. We paid more at the Knights Inn then here and it was gross. The only downfall is there was no pool or breakfast.

I love this place management is great. Friendly rooms are great only bad thing bout the place is the house keeper she very rude and doesn't speak any English. And she won't give you any supplies she just says front desk. Wish the pool was open and free breakfast was there but besides that I love this Pl ce

I want to start by saying that anything negative in this review, is minimal when looking at how great everything else was. I stay in Mount Laurel every week for work, and have stayed at at least 7-8 different hotels in the area. Philadelphia Executive Suites is by far the best experience that I’ve had. The staff was awesome, they were able to do early check in which was very convenient, the AC in the room worked great, the ice machines worked well, the room was clean, and just the overall layout of the room was great. Nice desk, sofa, ottoman, and spacious. Everything in the kitchen was great. There were a few stains on the carpet and sofa, the pool was closed, and there was no breakfast. Those are the only negatives I can think of. I will not be trying out any other hotels in the area, this will now be where I stay every week.
